    TruGolf Simulator Installation

Already considering TruGolf? This page focuses on planning and installation—not just product discovery. TVS can review the room, discuss equipment options and coordinate an installation proposal. Installation planning does not establish manufacturer authorization or warranty administration; current availability, package inclusions, licensing and prices must be confirmed with the supplier for the configuration being considered.

    Discuss this project

A consultation request is not an appointment booking or equipment purchase.

    01

Choose a system around the room and workflow

A portable launch monitor, an enclosure-led setup and a more integrated simulator package solve different problems. Compare how the launch monitor is positioned, how the screen and projector fit, what computer or display is required, and how many people will use the room. Do not infer a finished installation from a package photograph or equipment listing.

    • Measure usable space and the full swing envelope before choosing a system.
    • Check the exact package’s current component list, room requirements and mounting method.
    • Decide between portable practice, a fixed dedicated bay or a shared venue setup.
    • Compare upgrade paths and service access for the selected configuration.
    02

Understand the configuration—not just the product name

APOGEE is an overhead monitor choice for a fixed bay; check the current mounting drawing and hitting area rather than applying a generic room minimum. MAX is an enclosure/package configuration, not just a monitor: compare its current component list against the equipment and installation your room needs. Our existing LaunchBox and Starter 10 guides are additional research paths, not confirmation of current supplier availability or a supported commercial configuration.

    • APOGEE: confirm ceiling position, full swing clearance, projector path and supported software.
    • MAX: confirm the actual screen/enclosure, monitor, projector, computer and software included in the selected package.
    • LaunchBox / Starter 10: request current supplier documentation, availability, intended-use rights and exact component lists before deciding fit.
    • E6: compare current edition, computer requirements, commercial rights and renewals; do not infer them from a hardware name.

Separate equipment, installation and recurring costs

A supplier’s package price is not an installed-project price. A project proposal may separately account for equipment procurement, room readiness, assembly, projector mounting, low-voltage connections, software setup, calibration, optional integration and any work by other trades. Software renewals, commercial licensing, replacement parts and ongoing support may also have separate terms.

    • Confirm quote date, tax, freight, package inclusions and supplier availability.
    • Identify the installation, setup and room work that are actually included.
    • Ask which license is included, what it permits and when it renews.
    • Keep separately scoped electrical, structural and construction work visible.
    04

Plan installation and verify the result

TVS scopes assembly, screen and projector alignment, monitor configuration, licensed software setup and validation only as agreed. Testing is limited to the equipment and workflows listed in the project scope; it does not imply manufacturer authorization, product warranty administration or support beyond the written agreement.

    • Agree who purchases equipment and provisions customer accounts.
    • Confirm network, power and room readiness before scheduling installation.
    • List the calibration and test steps for the chosen hardware and software.
    • Document handoff, training and any separately agreed support.

    Questions before planning

Does an equipment package include installation?

Not necessarily. Equipment packages and installation are separate scopes unless the supplier’s current written offer expressly says otherwise. A project proposal identifies the agreed components and work.

Can you confirm the room will fit a simulator?

We can review measurements, user swing, doors, obstacles and the selected equipment documentation. Fit is configuration-specific and should be confirmed before purchase.

Are electrical, structural or room-construction changes included?

No such work is assumed. Electrical, structural, HVAC and general construction work remain with the responsible qualified trade unless a separate written agreement explicitly assigns a specific scope.

Do you offer a fixed installation time or response window?

No fixed schedule or response time is promised here. Timing and availability are confirmed for the specific project after scope, access and dependencies are understood.

Bring the room details. We’ll help map the next steps.

Share what you know about the space, intended use and project stage. Unknowns are fine; this starts a conversation, not a booking.
