Pre-Wire Infrastructure

Structured cabling, selected Cat6/fiber runs, and speaker wire can be scoped for the rough-in phase. Pathways and conduit are coordinated with the responsible trade and are not assumed as standard work.

Smart Home Integration

Lighting control, motorized shades, climate automation, and centralized smart panels that buyers expect in modern luxury homes.

Security & Access Control

Wired security camera infrastructure, smart locks, video doorbells, and alarm system pre-wire for comprehensive protection.

Audio & Entertainment

Whole-home audio pre-wire, theater locations, outdoor speaker zones, and TV mounting preparation can be scoped to the project. Concealed pathways require plan review and trade coordination.

Our team coordinates with electricians and contractors on agreed locations, access, sequencing, and handoffs. Drawings, meetings, testing, documentation, and dates are included only when agreed for the project; no schedule outcome is guaranteed.
