    Sound for working spaces

    Commercial Sound System Installation

A restaurant dining room, hotel lobby, office, retail floor, and shared amenity space each have different operating hours, acoustics, staff workflows, and music needs. We plan a system around those conditions and document exactly what will be supplied, installed, and handed off.

    Discuss this audio project

For owners, operators, property teams, and builders planning audio for a business or public-facing space.

    01

Start with use, layout, and zones

We review the venue's activities, areas, operating patterns, listening positions, finishes, and the way staff will manage audio. Zones can be planned to follow different rooms or uses where the system design supports them.

    • Restaurants and hospitality: dining areas, bars, lobbies, and other agreed guest spaces.
    • Offices and retail: reception, sales floors, meeting-adjacent areas, and common spaces.
    • Shared spaces: identify who controls the audio and what should happen across adjacent zones.
    02

    Coordinate sources and equipment

Source devices, music services, amplifiers, speakers, controls, cabling, and equipment placement are considered as one signal path. The selected platform, account ownership, network requirements, and user permissions need to be confirmed with the customer.

    • Speaker placement and quantity depend on room geometry, coverage goals, and product selection.
    • Equipment locations should allow agreed access, ventilation, and serviceability.
    • Jukeboxy business music licensing may be relevant; confirm venue, jurisdiction, events, and intended uses directly with the provider.
    03

    Define boundaries before installation

The approved proposal determines what spaces, devices, configuration, testing, and customer handoff are included. Paging or public-address functions require separate project and system verification and are not represented as a default offering here.

    • Installation timing and access are coordinated with the operating site and other trades.
    • Maintenance or troubleshooting after handoff is available only when separately agreed.
    • Music licensing, legal compliance, life-safety systems, and regulatory approval are not guaranteed by an audio installation.

    Jukeboxy Partner

TVS partner · Music for business

Add a business music source to your commercial sound system

Speakers and amplifiers distribute audio, but they do not license music played in public. Jukeboxy offers a business background-music service with playlists and scheduling; its Venue Player caches songs for connection interruptions. TVS designs the playback zones and network.

Jukeboxy's current features and FAQ describe its background-music licensing. Confirm coverage for your venue, jurisdiction, events, and other uses directly with Jukeboxy; personal streaming is not a substitute for business licensing.

    Project boundaries

System performance and compatibility depend on venue conditions, selected equipment, network and service requirements, and the agreed installation scope. No life-safety, code, licensing, or legal assurance is implied.
