    Commercial Golf Simulator Installation

A venue simulator is a room system and an operating decision, not just a residential setup repeated several times. TVS helps owners and project teams assess the space, compare equipment configurations, coordinate AV and low-voltage infrastructure, and define installation and commissioning responsibilities before purchasing.

    Discuss this project

A consultation request is not an appointment booking or equipment purchase.

    01

Start with the venue and the way guests move

We review the intended use—dedicated golf venue, club, hospitality amenity, or shared entertainment room—and map each proposed bay against the available floor plan. The layout should support a safe swing envelope, clear circulation, accessible entry and exit, waiting or seating areas, equipment service access, and the operational flow around active play.

    • Measure each bay and account for both right- and left-handed play where needed.
    • Check columns, ceiling elements, lighting, doors, glazing, fire exits and circulation paths.
    • Decide whether bays need to be identical or serve different group sizes and uses.
    • Plan durable impact protection, screen placement, equipment access and staff visibility.
    02

Coordinate shared AV, network and control

A multi-bay proposal can include shared infrastructure as well as per-bay equipment. We document the expected signal paths and user workflow, then coordinate network requirements, displays, audio, control locations and equipment areas with the owner’s IT and facility teams. Network, electrical, construction and life-safety design remain with the responsible professionals unless a separate written scope assigns specific work.

    • Identify source devices, projection or display needs and staff-facing controls.
    • Review network availability, security policy, access and any online play requirements.
    • Plan cable pathways and equipment locations with service access and ventilation in mind.
    • Separate per-bay components from shared systems so future service is understandable.
    03

Confirm hardware, software and commercial-use terms

Launch monitor, enclosure, screen, projection, computer and software choices depend on the room and the intended operating model. Commercial use may have different license, account, subscription, support and content terms from a home installation. Confirm those terms directly with the software and equipment providers for the exact configuration before committing; TVS is an independent installation company and does not represent itself as an authorized TruGolf dealer.

    • Verify current package inclusions, dimensions, mounting needs and availability.
    • Confirm commercial-use rights, user limits, renewals and any recurring software costs.
    • Check accessory and hardware compatibility for the chosen system and software version.
    • Document customer-owned accounts, procurement and license responsibilities.
    04

Commission, train and agree ongoing support

The approved scope should identify which bays and workflows are commissioned, the test steps, acceptance handoff, training audience and documentation. We can discuss operational support as a separate agreed deliverable; monitoring, response windows, maintenance plans or service levels are not implied unless stated in writing.

    • Test the listed tracking, projection, audio, control and user-start workflows.
    • Agree who supplies sample clubs, balls, network access and software credentials.
    • Record any exclusions, open dependencies and customer handoff items.
    • Define training and future support only where included in the written scope.

    Questions before planning

Does an equipment package include installation?

Not necessarily. Equipment packages and installation are separate scopes unless the supplier’s current written offer expressly says otherwise. A project proposal identifies the agreed components and work.

Can you confirm the room will fit a simulator?

We can review measurements, user swing, doors, obstacles and the selected equipment documentation. Fit is configuration-specific and should be confirmed before purchase.

Are electrical, structural or room-construction changes included?

No such work is assumed. Electrical, structural, HVAC and general construction work remain with the responsible qualified trade unless a separate written agreement explicitly assigns a specific scope.

Do you offer a fixed installation time or response window?

No fixed schedule or response time is promised here. Timing and availability are confirmed for the specific project after scope, access and dependencies are understood.

Bring the room details. We’ll help map the next steps.

Share what you know about the space, intended use and project stage. Unknowns are fine; this starts a conversation, not a booking.
