Treasure Valley Solutions is looking for a Smart Technology Sales Consultant to help homeowners and businesses design smart home, AV, and security solutions that actually fit their needs. This is a commission-only position with uncapped commissions , meaning your earning potential is directly tied to your effort, skill, and follow-through. What You’ll Be Doing Meet with residential and commercial clients to understand their needs Design and present smart home, AV, and security solutions Sell security camera systems, smart home technology, and low-voltage solutions Work closely with the installation team to ensure smooth handoff Manage your own pipeline from lead to close Follow up consistently and professionally Build long-term client relationships that drive repeat business and referrals What We’re Looking For Proven sales experience (in-home sales, B2B, construction, tech, or services preferred) Comfortable with commission-only compensation Strong communication and listening skills Self-motivated and disciplined—no micromanaging here Professional, confident, and trustworthy with clients Ability to explain technical solutions in simple terms Bonus If You Have Experience With: Smart home or AV sales Security systems or cameras Construction, builder, or commercial sales CRM tools and pipeline management Compensation & Growth 100% commission-based Uncapped commissions — no earning limits High-ticket projects = strong commission potential Flexible schedule with real autonomy Opportunity to grow into senior sales or leadership roles as the company expands Why Treasure Valley Solutions We don’t sell gimmicks.
